Toronto has continuously grown throughout its history. We can accelerate this growth while improving quality of life..

10 million people is not the goal.  It is the by-product of continuous improvements that attract and accommodate residents.  Getting to 10 million people in a generation (30 yrs) would require a multi-decade growth rate the world has never seen.  Torontonians are accustomed to doing things the world has never seen; whether it’s a SkyDome or CN Tower or the world’s first Business Improvement Area.
